WHAT IS FORMULA IN?
Formula In is the team’s diversity and inclusion committee. It was designed and created in 2021 by our former captain Aline Guillermo, as a way to promote diversity and create an environment of opportunity, visibility and acceptance, especially for minorities on the team and in engineering in general.

ACTIVITIES
​We are responsible for creating campaigns and actions, such as posts on social media and conversation circles, that promote diversity as a way of combating discrimination and stereotypes in our environment._22200000-0000-0000-0000 -000000000222_​​ We also take care of the team's ombudsman channel and welcoming everyone, regardless of whether they are part of the committee or a minority.
An example of a campaign we carried out was the partnership with Carol Nunes, the first trans driver in Brazil and champion of the 2021 Super League, in which she not only gave us an interview telling us about her experience in motorsport, but also visited our workshop.
